After initial consultation with the production and research team at Optomen, we outlined a list of potential ideas that could address business problems of the retailer. Given we had only two week to create a working prototype, we rapidly presented and approved wireframes and initial designs within a week, followed by a week of intense development.
Despite very tight timeframe, we successfully managed to deliver the Pilot prototype app ready to be included in the episode. We were also present during the filming process providing further consultation for Mary Portas, the production team and the retailer.
